You won’t be doing this alone.
We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support so you can build confidence, sharpen your communication skills, and grow within the roofing industry. Whether you’re new to sales or looking to strengthen your abilities, this opportunity is built to help driven individuals develop long-term, transferable skills.
This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity.

This role requires consistent effort, personal accountability, and comfort with face-to-face conversations. Success in roofing sales does not come from passive participation — it comes from showing up prepared, following the process, and staying disciplined over time.

• Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
After Training:
• In-person meetings twice per week for continued development and support
